Full time position in Middlesex House of Corrections. The Sr. Program Facilitator acts as the Asst. Program Director and is responsible for the daily operations of the ACJS Program including scheduling, oversight and liaison services to the Program Manager. Will provide clinical services as needed, including case management, group presentations and other client clinical related services. Supervise staff and monitor compliance with schedules. Completes staff evaluations, develops professional growth plans, and presents to Manager for approval. 

Must have the ability to create and present unique educational and skill development lectures and workshops thorough knowledge of the 12 Step program, disease concept of alcoholism and federal confidentiality requirements. Communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, crisis intervention skills as well as supervisory and organizational skills are required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.  Minimum of BA or 4 years relevant treatment and administration experience OR Masters degree with two years' experience required.  Minimum of 6 months working with patients in a Substance Abuse Treatment setting, correctional setting or equivalent. Must be able to pass a CORI background records check and a pre-employment drug screen.
