Full-time Assistant Program Director for the Bristol County Community Corrections Center in North Dartmouth, MA.


The Assistant Program Director will be responsible for the daily operations of the ACJS Program including scheduling, oversight and liaison services to the Program Director. In addition will be directly responsible for auditing compliance to documentation standards. The Assistant Program Director will also assist the Program Director in the collection and reporting of comprehensive statistical data, while maintaining required databases, credentialing/accreditation standards, and on-site performance management systems.


Education: Minimum B.A. or 4 years relevant treatment and Administration experience OR Masters with 2 years experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: The ability to create and present unique educational and skill development lectures and workshops through knowledge of the 12 Step program, disease concept of alcoholism and federal confidentiality requirements. Communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, crisis intervention skills as well as supervisory and organizational skills are required. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of WORD, ACCESS and EXCEL. Must be able to pass a CORI background records check.
