Full Time Counselor position in the Drug Court Intensive Treatment Unit, New Bedford, MA.  Oversee all treatment functions of the Intensive Treatment Unit Program, Case Managers and referrals.  Conduct assessments to ensure, thorough direct coordination, individualized quality treatment to clients.  Responsible for all correspondence with the Sherriff's Office, Probation and the Project Director. 

Strong interpersonal skills. Should be organized; directive; consistent. Ability to enter, document and analyze computer database systems.  Familiar with ASAM assessments.  Licensed in the state of MA with any of the following LICSW, LMHC, Masters of Social Work or related field. One year of utilization review or substance abuse treatment planning or social services.  Bi-lingual fluency a plus, but not required.
