The Director of Quality Assurance/Process Improvement provides oversight of all Compliance, Quality Assurance, Performance Improvement, Policy and Procedural processes for AdCare Rhode Island.  Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistical Analysis, Quality Management or related field.  CPR and NVCI required. Evidence of HRO training or must attend training within 6 months of hire.  In-depth knowledge of all applicable federal, state and municipal legal, statutory and regulatory requirements; The Joint Commission standards, data collection and reporting. Strategic thinker with strong development and planning skills. Supportive, collaborative leadership style. Exceptional written, verbal and listening skills. Demonstrated skills in problem solving, leadership, team building, sound decision making, time management, delegating and follow-up. Data Analytics, Microsoft Excel literate including ability to use pivot tables. Models professionalism, collaborative efforts and teamwork.  Minimum of 4 years' experience in quality/process improvement with a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare or SUD treatment field. Previous quality assurance, compliance and performance improvement experience required as well as experience working with regulatory/licensing authorities.

All positions require a TST, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and a background records check.
